Born in 1958, a little part of my childhood in England (I speak both English and French), I was a classical pianist on my way to become an arranger. Fascinated by the technical side of recording, I quickly switched to start a sound engineer and record producer career.
I was lucky enough to work simultaneously on three musical poles which are studio sessions for albums, television shows and FOH sound for live performances! Almost 35 years of activity brought me to assist major voices or big names of Jazz and pop music as Ray CHARLES, Catherine LARA, Peter GABRIEL, Phil COLLINS or more recently, DEEP FOREST. I also was in charge of the sound for the opening ceremony of the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa or the NRJ MUSIC AWARDS, (opening act for the MIDEM in CANNES), for the last 3 years.
That's the way I started … 35 years ago
Born in 1976, a few trips to USA and South America (I speak English, Spanish and French), 10 years training at National Conservatory of music in harmony and classical piano, i decided very early to turn myself into tracking, mixing, mastering and live sound.
More interested in the "show" than in the "business", and immersed into music since always, i learned how to listen, understand and translate the needs of musicians. My activity and passion brought me to different styles of music like rock, pop, metal, jazz and classical, and allowed me to collaborate with famous names of music like Claude NOUGARO, Yves JAMAIT, Axel BAUER or SAN SEVERINO and Paul PERSONNE.
Now proud to be by Pierre's side, I bring my knowledge in rock mixing, my taste and my ability for modern technics mixed to my "analog" culture of musique
and life.
That's the way I started... 20 years ago !
Born in 1990, music lover for a long time, i started to play guitar very early and I quickly wanted to switch to the "other side of the window". Recently graduated with a DESTS (french superior diploma in sound techniques), I met Pierre one year ago and became his assistant.
Arise for the young generation of actual musics, my strong taste for eletrconic music, reggae and hip-hop strongly became richer and wider, thanks to some great artists like liz Mc COMB, Thierry FANFANT, Jean-Claude WECKER and Denis LEVAILLANT, who i had the opportunity to work with.
Today, my young age, my energy and my knowledge in Pro Tools (certified 101 and 110 on PT10), Ableton Live, Logic Pro and Cubase, added to my abilities in
video editing, bring new skills to Studio Pierre Jacquot.
That's the way I started... 5 years ago !
